Precinct Two is large, with constituents from all different walks of life, but there is one thing they all agree on: quality of life is important. As your next Commissioner, Jerry Mouton pledges to bring the best quality of life to Precinct Two residents by focusing on:

  • Public Safety - Everyone deserves a safe place to live, work and play. Precinct two deserves a Commissioner who will fully fund our Constables and law enforcement to keep our neighborhoods safe.
  • Investing in Infrastructure - No one wants to be continuously stuck in traffic or hitting the same pot hole day in and day out on their commute to work. As your next Commissioner, Jerry will fight to make essential road and bridge projects and improvements happen.
  • Financial Management - Harris County’s rainy day fund has been severely reduced to $26M and is on track to be nearly depleted by the end of the year. What took Republican leadership 20 years to build up, will have been frivolously spent by Lina Hidalgo, Adrian Garcia, and Rodney Ellis in 3 years, with constituents seeing little to no relief. Precinct Two needs Jerry’s conservative voice to help build up the County’s reserves and to ensure that any rainy day funds that are spent, are expended correctly.

Precinct Two needs better representation. Precinct Two needs Jerry Mouton to represent them as their next Harris County Commissioner.
